1. Introduction

Welcome to Elite Business Coaching India ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Elite Business Coaching India provides business coaching, mentoring, consulting, and training services to entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations in India. Our services may include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, digital content, and educational materials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. User Accounts

Some portions of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Update your information to keep it accurate and current
Protect your account password and restrict access to your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or if your account shows signs of suspicious activity.

4. Payment and Fees

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with such services. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the terms of the third-party payment processor.

For subscription-based services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type:

One-on-one coaching: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
Group programs and workshops: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the program start date, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds are offered within 14 days of the program start date.
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads or online courses once access has been granted.
Annual memberships: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days of a new membership. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@elitebusinesscoaching.in and will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Elite Business Coaching India or our content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your engagement with our coaching services. You may not:

Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from our services
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information
Use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name or trademarks

Any use of our content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Contributions

Our services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content (collectively, "User Contributions"). All User Contributions must comply with the content standards set out in these Terms and Conditions.

By providing User Contributions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the User Contributions
All User Contributions comply with applicable laws and regulations
User Contributions do not violate the rights of any third party

We have the right to remove any User Contributions at our sole discretion without notice.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit or send unsolicited advertisements or promotional materials
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company, employees, or other users
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information by electronic or other means
To engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

Our services will meet your specific requirements
Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in our services will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
Any content obtained from our services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in question in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Business Coaching India, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from:

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity
Your User Contributions

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services after such revisions are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
