Elite Business Coaching India began in 2005 when Rajiv Sharma, after 15 years in corporate leadership at multinationals like Tata Consultancy Services and Unilever, recognized a critical gap in the Indian business landscape. Despite India's rapid economic growth, there was a shortage of culturally-relevant leadership development specifically tailored to the unique challenges of the Indian market.

Starting with just three clients in a modest office in Mumbai's Andheri district, Rajiv's distinctive approach of blending Western business frameworks with Eastern philosophical wisdom quickly gained recognition. His methodology resonated deeply with Indian executives who were navigating the complexities of global business practices while honoring their cultural roots.

By 2010, the company had expanded to Delhi and Bangalore, bringing on board specialists in various industry sectors. The 2013 launch of our proprietary "Dharma Leadership Framework" marked a turning point, as it gained international recognition for its effectiveness in developing resilient, principled leaders capable of thriving in ambiguous business environments.
